One-pot processing with the Eirich CleanLine does not mean that every existing process must be completely replaced or immediately consolidated into a single workflow. One-pot means integrating process steps where hand-overs, interfaces, cleaning, material loss, space requirements, conditioned air, or personnel allocation currently create unnecessary complexity.

The CleanLine offers a scalable process platform for this purpose. Individual applications such as granulation, coating, mixing, dispersing, or kneading can be implemented as standalone processes. At the same time, the platform opens up the possibility of combining multiple process steps in a targeted manner—for example, mixing and coating, granulation and drying, or other
application-specific process chains. Process chains involving multiple units can thus be simplified.
