New pricing structure for wear parts thanks to more efficient processes

Hardheim, March 2026: Starting in March 2026, the expert in mixing and processing technology will redesign the worldwide pricing structure for its original wear parts. This move is based on efficiency and productivity gains that Eirich has achieved in recent years in manufacturing and order handling. The company is leveraging these improvements to better support its customers in optimizing the economic efficiency of their systems. Numerous components will be offered at significantly economically priced quotations in the future—in some cases by up to 50 percent, depending on the component.

Efficiency gains as the basis for the new pricing structure

In recent years, EIRICH has made targeted investments in upgrading its manufacturing processes. Automated production workflows, leaner internal processes, and new international collaboration within the Eirich Group, with synergies in procurement and manufacturing, have led to measurable cost cutting in the production of wear parts.

“We have consistently optimized our processes, from manufacturing to order handling. These efficiency gains now create the slack to adjust our pricing structure and offer our customers competitive terms in the long term. Transparency and a reliable partnership are our top priorities,” explains Sabine Imhof, Head of Customer Service – Spare Parts at EIRICH.

Reliable Original Parts in a Changing Market Environment

In recent years, replacement and wear parts have become increasingly expensive in many industrial sectors. Eirich is countering this with a clear alignment: Thanks to internal efficiency improvements, it is possible to offer original wear parts at more attractive terms—while maintaining the same quality, dimensional accuracy, and manufacturer approval. This provides operating companies with a cost-effective solution without having to compromise on safety, process stability, or warranty issues.

Investment protection for long-lasting equipment

Eirich mixers are deployed worldwide across various industries. Many systems have been running for several decades, often in multi-shift operation, and are a central component of the production process. Their long service life is based not only on their design but also significantly on the quality of the components used.

Wear parts influence mixing results, process stability, and system availability. Improperly fitting or substandard replacement components can shorten availability and cause consequential damage to essential components.

“Our machines are laid out for decades of operation. This means that we also offer our customers technically suitable and economically efficient long-term solutions in the area of wear parts. With the new pricing structure, we support operating companies in securing their investment in Eirich systems for the long term,” says Imhof.

Service life partnership instead of individual sales

The redesign of pricing for Eirich original parts is a component of an advancement in the service offering. Wear parts are not viewed as isolated products, but as a module of support services throughout the entire lifecycle of the machine.

Upon request, customers can receive an analysis of their current wear situation, which is compiled based on operating data or previous orders. The goal is to make replacement intervals more reliable, avoid unplanned stoppages, and transparently assess the system’s total cost of ownership.

“Our quotation is also aimed at operating companies whose service relationship has been less intensive in recent years. With the adjusted pricing structure and an expanded service portfolio, we aim to re-establish a stronger connection with the manufacturer’s service and provide them with comprehensive support for safe and cost effective operation,” explains Imhof.
